Our standard warranty covers both parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) under normal driving conditions. If a covered component we installed fails during that period, we inspect and replace it at zero parts or labor cost to you. For commercial, rideshare, and delivery vehicles (such as Uber and Lyft), we offer a dedicated 3-month / 3,000-mile warranty.
Yes, 100%! We are proud to practice complete transparency. During your repair, we send high-resolution photos and video of the worn parts directly to your smartphone. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, Master Tech Ardi will happily walk you through the old parts so you can see the wear or failure with your own eyes before disposal.

If you cannot drop off your vehicle during our normal hours (Mon–Thu 7am–5pm, Fri 7am–12pm), simply park your vehicle in our secure lot at 6000 W Windmill Ln. Take an envelope from the drop box by our front door, fill in your contact information and key details, seal your vehicle keys inside, and deposit it into the reinforced steel key drop. We will contact you first thing when our shop opens.
